Practice PODFY with a zero-friction free tier.

This page explains how to use the default PODFY.app capture flow, the Copy email field, and the delivery portal to test your POD process end-to-end without any setup or contracts.

In the free tier demo, all deliveries are linked to the email you enter in the Copy email field of PODFY.app and are visible in the delivery portal for 60 days. No login or password management is required – a magic link is sent to your inbox.
Step 1 · PODFY.app basics

Open PODFY.app and capture a POD

Start with podfy.app or a branded URL such as podfy.app/furore.

  • Photo / document upload – capture a signed CMR, delivery note or pallet photo.
  • Reference – optionally pre-filled via the URL, used to tag your shipment.
  • Clean toggle – mark the delivery as clean when there are no issues.
  • Copy email – the address that receives the POD copy and unlocks the portal.

Step 2 · Fields explained

GPS, clean flag and the copy email field

GPS

  • Location is stored when the device and browser permit it.
  • Useful for audits and “where was this POD captured?” questions.

Clean flag

  • Use Clean for fully OK deliveries.
  • Leave it unset and add a remark when there are damages or delays.

Copy email

  • Receives the POD copy as soon as the driver submits.
  • In the free tier, it also acts as your identity in the delivery portal.

Step 3 · Free tier identity

Use the copy email as your demo identity

Choose one test address – for example [email protected] – and use it in the Copy email field for every test POD.

  • All those deliveries are linked behind the scenes to that email.
  • You can share the same address with colleagues during a pilot.
  • Every POD shows up under this identity in the delivery portal.

Step 4 · Delivery portal

Sign in with a magic link and view your PODs

Go to delivery.podfy.net and enter the same email you used as copy address.

  • Request a magic link – no password required.
  • Click the link in your inbox to open the portal.

What you will see

  • A list of all deliveries for the last 60 days for that email.
  • A search box that filters across party, PODFY ID, reference, and remarks.
  • A reference column when your URL included a shipment ID or order number.

Step 5 · Branded demo

Use a branded demo page (Furore example)

In a branded tier, your PODFY.app link is customised to your brand.

Opening this link shows a PODFY page branded for Furore – layout, colours and logo are aligned with the customer.

Reference example with shipment ID

The part after /furore/ becomes the Reference inside the app and is stored in the portal.

Step 6 · Retention & plans

Understand the 60-day limit and upgrades

Free tier

  • Portal shows the last 60 days of PODs for your email.
  • Older data is still stored but not exposed in this demo portal.

Paid tiers

  • Retention can be extended from 1 year up to 7 years.
  • Access and retention are configured per customer and role.
Step 7 · From demo to production

Upgrade to a branded demo or full PODFY deployment

Once you are comfortable with the free-tier demo and the delivery portal, you can upgrade to a branded demo or full production setup. In a branded tier you receive:

  • Your own branded PODFY.app link (for example podfy.app/yourbrand).
  • Branded delivery pages and emails for your customers and carriers.
  • Configured retention (1–7 years) and access control per role.
  • Support for multiple slugs (customers) in one unified platform.
