What we do
PODFY captures proof of delivery at the moment of handover. The driver opens a link on any phone, photographs the signed CMR or delivery note, and the GPS-stamped record appears in the operations portal within seconds. No app. No account. No training.
The record contains GPS coordinates captured at the moment the camera fires — not at upload time. It cannot be retroactively altered. It is stored in Cloudflare EU-WEUR, meaning no data leaves the European Union.
Why we built it
Subcontractors don't install apps. Employed drivers won't use three different systems. Paper CMRs arrive days late — or not at all. Shippers increasingly require GPS-stamped digital POD within hours of delivery, while carriers are stuck managing a mix of employed staff, rotating subcontractors, and one-off spot carriers.
We built PODFY so that any carrier, on any phone, can provide GPS-stamped delivery proof in under 30 seconds — without requiring installation, registration, or training on either side of the handover.
