The carrier POD problem

How it works for carriers
Step 01
Generate the link
Create a Podfy upload link for the shipment reference — via the portal, API, or batch CSV. The link encodes the PO number, route, or CMR reference automatically.
Step 02
Send to driver
Include the link in the dispatch message — WhatsApp, SMS, or printed on the waybill as a QR code. No separate system, no additional step for dispatch.
Step 03
Driver uploads at delivery
Driver opens the link, photographs the CMR or delivery point. GPS and timestamp captured. Takes under 30 seconds.
Step 04
Record in portal
Photo and GPS data appear in your Podfy portal immediately. Searchable by reference, date, route, or driver. Exportable as PDF for shipper submission or audit.
Step 05
Driver gets their copy
If the driver enters their email at upload, they receive a branded PDF confirmation automatically — their own record. They can also view their full delivery history at delivery.podfy.net via magic link.
