PODFY QR Reporting · Logistics
When a locker does not open,
let them tell you right there.
A recipient in front of a locker that will not open has no one to ask. A courier who finds a damaged compartment moves on to the next stop. A QR code on every locker turns both moments into a report with the locker and compartment already known.
Lockers are unattended. Problems are not.
Parcel locker networks grow fast and sit in stations, supermarkets and residential areas. When a door jams or a screen fails, the recipient calls the carrier's support line, which cannot see the locker either, and the field technician gets a vague ticket.
PODFY QR Reporting puts a QR code on every locker unit, and if you want on every compartment. Recipients and couriers report what is wrong in seconds. Your operations team sees the locker, the compartment and the time, and can send the right technician.
PODFY routes the report. Parcel tracing and customer claims stay in your own systems.

How teams use it
Use case 01
Recipients stuck at the locker
A clear report instead of a support call that cannot see the locker.
Use case 02
Couriers on the route
Damage or a full locker reported during the drop, without stopping the round.
Use case 03
Network maintenance
The history per location shows which lockers need attention or replacement.
Getting started
Your asset list in, stickers out
- Download the template and fill in your asset numbers, names and locations, or export them from your own system.
- Upload it to PODFY. Every asset number becomes the reference behind its own QR code.
- Print the stickers. One per asset, with your logo and your own text, such as "Locker problem? Scan to report".
- Stick and go. Reports arrive with the asset already identified.
FAQ
Questions about parcel lockers
Can we report per compartment?
Yes. One code per locker unit is enough for most networks, but compartments can have their own code so the report says exactly which door.
Can couriers use the same QR code?
Yes. Anyone can scan it; you can add a category only couriers use, such as "locker full".
Do the people reporting need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the form opens in the browser. No app, no login, no account.
Can reports go straight into our ticketing or maintenance system?
Yes. Reports are e-mailed to the people you choose, routed per location or category, and sent by webhook to your ticketing, maintenance or work-order system. With the open API you fetch reports and update their status from your own tools.
