All examples exclude VAT. Volume discounts reduce the per-POD rate for higher volumes. The Enterprise plan includes volume pricing negotiated per contract.
Pricing questions
Is there a minimum commitment or monthly fee?
No. You pay only for PODs that are processed. If a month has zero uploads, the cost is zero. There is no base fee, no seat fee, and no setup charge.
What counts as a processed POD?
A POD is counted when a file is successfully uploaded, GPS-stamped, and a PDF is generated. Failed or duplicate submissions do not count.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly in arrears based on the actual number of processed PODs. Invoices are issued per slug (client brand). Volume discounts are applied automatically once agreed thresholds are met.
Can I change plans mid-contract?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing month. There is no penalty for upgrading or downgrading. Data remains intact when moving between plans.
Is the 7-year audit archive available on all plans?
Yes. The 7-year archive option can be added to any plan as a retention add-on. It satisfies Belastingdienst requirements and is available on request during onboarding.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, for operations processing more than 2 000 PODs per month. Contact us with your monthly volume and we will prepare a proposal with a stepped rate card.
