Start with a plan and switch options on or off. We calculate an indicative per-POD rate, so you can see what matches your operation before talking to sales.

Extended retention

Give yourself more breathing room on every plan. Starter moves from 120 days to 1 year, Advanced from 1 to 3 years, Pro from 5 to 7 years.

No worries retention

Stack on top of Extended retention. Starter goes to 3 years, Advanced to 7 years, Pro to 10 years. Turning this on automatically includes Extended retention.

White-label documentation

Receive implementation notes, DNS/email guidance and best practices so your team can roll out a white-labeled PODFY setup when ready.

Multi-file & PDF merge

Allow drivers to upload multiple images and documents per POD. Files are merged into a branded PDF in the background.

Advanced OCR extraction

Extract clean text from signed PODs for search, matching and reporting. AI-driven workflows and custom models live in the Enterprise tier.
